Africa/Football: Pan-African bank ECOBANK now an official sponsor of AFCON 2023

The Confederation of African Football announced in a press release on Wednesday 13 December 2023 that the Pan-African bank ECOBANK has become the official sponsor of the CAF Africa Cup of Nations TotalEnergies, Côte d’Ivoire 2023.

In his statement, Jeremy Awori, CEO of the Ecobank Group, said that «as a pan-African bank, we are proud to associate Ecobank with the Confederation of African Football for the success of the CAF Africa Cup of Nations TotalEnergies Côte d’Ivoire 2023».

Football transcends borders. It brings communities together, which is perfectly in line with Ecobank’s commitment to fostering regional integration.

The African Cup of Nations is the biggest and most popular football tournament on the African continent.

As an official sponsor, Ecobank will be rewarding some of its customers through a major campaign, giving them the opportunity to win tickets to attend the matches.

As a reminder, the Côte d’Ivoire 2023 African Cup of Nations is the 34th edition of this continental football competition. It will take place from 13 January to 11 February 2023.
