Burkina Faso: The Golden Hand mine warns against fraudulent recruiters

Warning: Beware of scammers posing as recruiters for Golden Hand mine. Golden Hand, a company specializing in the treatment of mining residues, has issued a call for vigilance among citizens regarding malicious individuals falsely claiming to recruit on its behalf.

In a statement sent to our editorial team on Monday, February 5, 2024, Joachim Marie Tapsoba, the Managing Director of Golden Hand, alerted the public to cases where scammers attempt to deceive honest individuals by pretending to recruit on behalf of the company.

Mr. Tapsoba made it clear that the company has not authorized any entities or individuals to conduct recruitments on its behalf.

 He also emphasized that the company disclaims any responsibility for these malicious activities.

The company has warned that legal action will be taken if such practices continue.

It is essential to recall that Golden Hand’s operations, dedicated to the treatment of mining residues, commenced on January 23, 2024, inaugurated by the Head of State, President of the Burkinabe Revolution, Captain Ibrahim Traoré.
