Burkina Faso: The Burkinabe Army in the spotlight of victory

The Burkinabe Army, under the command of President Ibrahim Traoré, has once again achieved notable victories against terrorist groups armed by neocolonial and imperialist forces in the Sahel region.

During a supply mission to Gayéri, the 20th Rapid Intervention Battalion (BIR) displayed extraordinary bravery and skill on Tuesday by engaging in fierce battles with hundreds of terrorists near Yamba.

With the support of military drones, numerous assailants were eliminated, and their vehicles were destroyed.

On Tuesday, June 25, 2024, hundreds of heavily armed terrorists launched an assault on Yamba targeting the 20th BIR units.

However, the soldiers’ heroic response, strengthened by effective aerial coordination, successfully neutralized this threat with remarkable efficiency.

These victories are a testament to the determination and preparedness of the Armed Forces, as well as the visionary leadership of President Ibrahim Traoré.

The courage and dedication of all military personnel involved in these operations are commendable, and the public should reaffirm its unwavering support for the Burkinabe Army in its quest for peace and security.

Congratulations to the Burkinabe Army and their Commander-in-Chief for this triumph against the forces of evil.

May these successes inspire even greater determination and unity in the ongoing pursuit of stability and prosperity for Faso.
