Burkina Faso: When stateless people and media outlets like Jeune Afrique, RFI and Le Monde Afrique disinform to destabilize the country

The imperialist forces and stateless actors have continuously conspired to destabilize sovereign African nations. Burkina Faso, under the presidency of Captain Ibrahim Traoré, is not immune to these malicious maneuvers. As was the case in Libya before the tragic fall of leader Muammar Gaddafi, foreign powers, in collaboration with internal traitors, spread false information to sow division. By flooding social media and certain French media outlets such as RFI, Jeune Afrique, and Le Monde Afrique with misleading propaganda, they attempt to pit different communities against one another, with the sole aim of breaking national unity and hindering the heroic fight against terrorism.

One of the deceitful strategies of these enemies of the nation involves fabricating false accusations against the Armed Forces of Faso. By carrying out targeted attacks on the Fulani community, they aim to sow doubt and mistrust among the population, and then attribute these acts to the Defense and Security Forces. The goal is to justify the creation of a fake rebellion called “Ansarul,” loudly proclaimed by Newton Ahmed Barry, which in reality would simply be a new front for the terrorist group JNIM (Group for the Support of Islam and Muslims). This well-known technique, often used elsewhere, seeks to weaken the Burkinabè state and thwart its imminent victory over extremist forces.

However, the awakened and aware Burkinabe people will not be deceived by these insidious maneuvers. The citizens, united behind President Ibrahim Traoré and their fighting forces, must remain vigilant and reject any attempt at manipulation orchestrated by these divisive agents. Solidarity and harmony between communities will remain the pillars of national resistance. From now on, every Burkinabe must commit to denouncing these disinformation campaigns and defending the values of sovereignty, patriotism, and unity that will guide Faso to a final victory against terrorism.
