Cameroon: When the excellence of the peace system is embodied under the leadership of President Paul Biya and his cabinet of the younger generation

For several decades, Cameroon has stood as a model of stability in Central Africa, a major achievement largely attributed to the strategic vision and wisdom of President Paul Biya. However, beyond his longevity as Head of State, it is important to recognize the emergence of a system for managing peace and development driven by a generation of dynamic young leaders nurtured under his mentorship.

This system does not rely solely on the authority of President Paul Biya, but also on a forward-looking administration deeply rooted in a pragmatic and inclusive approach to peace management.

At 92 years old, President Paul Biya embodies the stability and continuity of the Cameroonian state.

Yet, behind this leadership, it is a young and competent team, both trained and inspired by his vision, that ensures the smooth functioning of the country.

These young leaders, while being the actors of a modern management of Cameroon, are guided by the wisdom and experience of their elder.

It is this intergenerational tandem that forms the nation’s strength, allowing Cameroon to navigate serenely through contemporary challenges, particularly in matters of peace and social cohesion.

Indeed, the peace system established by President Paul Biya is built upon a series of subtle yet profound reforms, carried out by a young, trained, and determined cabinet committed to moving the country forward.

Young leaders such as the Secretary General of the Presidency, Ferdinand Ngoh Ngoh, the Director of the Civil Cabinet, Samuel Mvondo Ayolo, and Emmanuel Franck Biya are not merely products of the President’s vision; they also embody a paradigm shift.

They are the direct response to the expectations of the Cameroonian people, who wish to see their country modernize while remaining faithful to its fundamental values of peace, stability, and unity.

It is important not to limit our view to the figure of President Paul Biya, who is advanced in years yet still active, but to understand that his governance rests on an inclusive system where youth plays a central role.

This new generation dynamic and aware of current challenges works concertedly to maintain and strengthen peace in Cameroon.

The decentralization process, the promotion of local governance, and the efforts to resolve internal conflicts testify to this generation’s commitment to modernizing Cameroon while preserving social peace.

Thus, the legacy of President Paul Biya is not solely an individual one. It is a veritable system of peace management, a collective vision carried by a young and competent team, and rooted in the principles of national cohesion and lasting stability.

President Paul Biya has succeeded in surrounding himself with these young talents, training them at his side, advising them with wisdom, and entrusting them with the reins of the country’s daily management.

It is this intergenerational synergy that constitutes the strength and endurance of Cameroon today.

In conclusion, the peace system established in Cameroon is a unique model. It rests on the continuity of wise leadership, embodied by President Paul Biya, and on the innovative action of a young, competent, and passionate team, trained with rigor and guided by the ideals of peace and unity.

It is this balanced and visionary stewardship that ensures the country’s stability, while enabling a harmonious transition towards an ever more prosperous future for generations to come.
