Alcoholic energy drinks: Not dangerous, just consume in moderation

Alcoholic energy drinks, such as Vody Energy Drink, typically contain ingredients like sugar, caffeine, amino acids, vitamins, plant extracts, along with water and alcohol.

Studies have shown that these beverages are not inherently dangerous to health when consumed in moderation and responsibly.

The energizing components of these drinks are designed to boost energy levels, enhance concentration and physical and mental performance, and combat fatigue and stress.

Research indicates that the amount of caffeine in these drinks does not pose a risk for most people.

However, excessive consumption can lead to adverse effects such as headaches, nervousness, irritability, and insomnia.

Therefore, it is important to consume these drinks in moderation.

Despite some warnings circulating on social media about the risks associated with these beverages, studies have demonstrated that there is no inherent danger in normal consumption.

It is worth noting, however, that some individuals consume these drinks excessively or mix them with toxic substances, which is extremely hazardous to health and strongly discouraged by the manufacturers.

Rumors questioning the quality of these drinks in certain countries within the region often serve as counter-publicity aimed at removing the most popular brands from the market.

Consumers are encouraged to exercise discernment and not be swayed by unverified information.
