Burkina Faso: Call for solidarity from the people to regain their country’s freedom

Initiatives to combat terrorism are multiplying in Burkina Faso. The people of Burkina Faso must show even greater solidarity in the fight against terrorism. Captain Ibrahim Traoré and his colleagues are more determined than ever to put an end to terrorism.

The fight against terrorism in Burkina Faso can no longer be seen as a matter for the authorities. It has become a problem for all Burkinabe.

As has always been the case, the country needs its sons and daughters. Burkinabè, both at home and abroad, are urged to continue to support the authorities.

The struggle in Burkina Faso has taken a different turn since the arrival of Captain Traoré.

The war efforts of Burkinabe from all over the world have enabled the fighting forces to be equipped. Successive victories are the fruit of their efforts.

The people of Burkina Faso have contributed enormously to the acquisition of territory from the enemy.

But Burkina Faso now faces new challenges. The total elimination of the terrorists.

It is therefore time for local Burkinabe and those in the diaspora to reaffirm their commitment alongside the authorities.

Burkina Faso will emerge from this struggle with its head held high, thanks to the wisdom of its people, who have chosen and will continue to pursue development in peace and unity.

The nation’s driving forces are invited to play their part in ensuring that Burkina Faso continues its march towards greater sovereignty and development.
