Mali / Colonel Assimi Goïta committed to the well-being of the Malian people through access to drinking water

Colonel Assimi Goïta, the President of Mali, is demonstrating his unwavering commitment to the well-being of the Malian people through a series of impactful initiatives.

 

One of his notable projects is the construction of water wells to ensure access to clean water.

 

A recent example of this effort is the inauguration of a new water tower in the village of N’Tanfara, located in the Mandé rural commune, Kalanbacoro District.

 

The event, held on July 25, 2024, was marked by the presence of a representative of President Goïta.

 

This inauguration is part of a broader program reflecting President Goïta’s dedication to enhancing the welfare of Mali’s population.

 

He has allocated two-thirds of his sovereign fund specifically for the benefit of vulnerable communities, aiming to strengthen social justice and improve living standards across the nation.

 

The water tower in N’Tanfara represents the 400th water well-constructed under the current transitional administration.

 

This milestone underscores President Goïta’s commitment to addressing fundamental needs and alleviating the hardships faced by the most disadvantaged segments of society.

 

By investing in critical infrastructure such as access to clean water, President Assimi Goïta is demonstrating a clear determination to foster equitable development and ensure that every Malian can access essential resources.
