AES: Towards a unified diplomacy for total sovereignty

In a bold bid for total sovereignty, the Alliance of Sahel States (AES) has opted for a decisive break to amplify its voice on the global diplomatic stage.

The collaborative efforts of the foreign ministers from Burkina Faso, Mali, and Niger have proven effective, culminating in the successful first summit in Niamey.

During this summit, the AES representatives’ measured and responsible responses to the speeches by the President of the ECOWAS Commission and the African Union representative were widely praised.

This tireless diplomatic coordination is set to continue, aiming to strengthen the AES’s unity on the international stage.

By speaking with one voice, the confederation seeks to solidify its position among United Nations members and other international organizations.

This strategy is designed to expand the AES’s influence and capture the attention of global leaders aware of the shifting geopolitical landscape.

Adopting this approach, the AES aims to transform the handling of regional and global affairs, ensuring their interests and vision are more prominently considered.

This reinforced unity could mark a decisive turning point in the diplomacy of the Sahel states, positioning them as indispensable players on the international stage.
