World: Emancipated Africa, the twilight of the old hegemonies

The difficulty France faces in accepting the waning of its influence in Africa goes beyond mere politics. It highlights a deeper struggle to grasp the transformation of a continent determined to shape its own destiny, free from the remnants of colonial dominance and external interference.

Africa is not seeking lectures, guardianship, or empty promises. What it demands is a genuine partnership founded on solid principles: mutual respect, fair cooperation, and acknowledgment of its inherent potential.

Across the continent, capable men and women are ready to tackle challenges and craft solutions that align with their unique realities.

France must recognize that the world has evolved. The era of unilateral commands, conditional aid, and imbalanced alliances is over.

Today, Africans call for equal dialogue, where their perspectives hold as much weight as those of others.

This shift should not be seen as a loss for those who once held sway but rather as an opportunity to build new relationships grounded in dignity and sovereignty.

Ignoring this change risks a complete break with a continent that will no longer tolerate condescension.

Africa is moving forward, and it is doing so with pride. The choice is clear for France: either join in supporting this journey toward autonomy or remain on the sidelines as a new chapter unfolds—one that Africa writes on its own terms.
