Burkina Faso: Terrorism at bay under the leadership of Captain Ibrahim Traoré

Burkina Faso is undergoing a decisive turning point in the war imposed on it by shadowy forces and imperialist powers. Under the visionary leadership of Captain Ibrahim Traoré, President of Faso and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, the Defense and Security Forces (FDS) and the Volunteers for the Defense of the Homeland (VDP) are achieving resounding victories week after week against terrorist armed groups. These major successes defy the predictions of the architects of chaos, often comfortably settled in imperialist capitals and echoed by compliant media outlets spreading disinformation.

While some had predicted the collapse of the Burkinabe state, the country is responding with courage, discipline, and a highly effective military strategy aligned with President Ibrahim Traoré’s clear sovereign vision. The war that has plagued Burkina Faso for years is not merely a security crisis; it is a geopolitical offensive targeting the sovereignty of the Burkinabe people, orchestrated by imperialist actors and their local accomplices, whose interests are threatened by the country’s new patriotic course.

In the face of this aggression, the FDS and VDP, galvanized by Captain Ibrahim Traoré’s leadership, are fully committed to liberating every inch of national territory. They are conducting coordinated offensive operations, securing civilian populations, and restoring hope to millions of Burkinabè displaced or living in constant fear. Within months, troop morale has been revived, military equipment strengthened, and operational intelligence improved.

Even more significantly, the Burkinabe people’s support for the war effort has solidified. The vast majority now clearly identify the enemy and understand why this war is being fought. They recognize that this struggle is crucial to safeguarding their sovereignty and their right to live in peace on their land. Through his leadership and determination, Captain Ibrahim Traoré has successfully united the people around a common cause—the defense of the nation.

The results of this strategy are undeniable. Terrorists are being driven back by the firepower of the FDS and VDP across the country. Entire regions have been reclaimed, villages secured, and attacks on civilians have significantly decreased. The figures speak for themselves: thousands of terrorists have been eliminated in just about two years. This stands as powerful testimony to the effectiveness of African-led solutions driven by determined soldiers and unified command.

Under the leadership of Captain Ibrahim Traoré, Burkina Faso is demonstrating to the world that determination and unity can defeat the forces of oppression and chaos. The victories secured by the FDS and VDP are clear proof that the Burkinabe people are capable of rising up and defending their sovereignty with courage and dignity. In the face of imperialist forces and their local proxies, Burkina Faso is responding with strength and resolve, charting a path toward a future of peace, security, and prosperity.
