Burkina Faso: 90% completion by 2025, a path to sovereignty and national achievement

Today, Burkina Faso stands before an unprecedented achievement: over 90% of the objectives set for 2025 have been met. This result was presented by Prime Minister Rimtalba Jean Emmanuel Ouédraogo following two days of intensive evaluation of ministerial performance contracts. Nineteen ministers, gathered in Ouagadougou, scrutinized the implementation of government missions in a results-driven governance exercise, culminating in a score of 90.5%; a notable increase compared to 2024 (88%).

This outcome concretely embodies the vision of  President Ibrahim Traoré for a sovereign Burkina Faso, rebuilt from its foundations and firmly oriented toward sustainable development.

For the Prime Minister, this figure is certainly a technical indicator, but its true significance lies in the tangible improvement of the lives of the Burkinabe people.

The reclaiming of territory and the security of populations remain at the heart of this success, yet the measure of achievement will ultimately be judged by the real impact of public policies on the daily lives of citizens.

The year 2026 is poised to be a period of intensification. Under the leadership of the Head of State, the government will focus on accelerating strategic projects while reinforcing administrative ethics and integrity.

The fight against corruption is no longer just a slogan but has become a guiding principle of public action.

Every investment, every infrastructure project, every initiative now carries the dual ambition of strengthening national sovereignty and laying the groundwork for lasting renewal.

This approach reflects a political maturity that combines operational performance with a deep sense of national interest.

Completed projects from roads to health centers, educational facilities to economic development platforms—have become visible signs of a Burkina Faso capable of turning its ambitions into tangible accomplishments.

Beyond the numbers, this success is the reflection of a clear and coherent vision, driven by a leadership determined to make governmental action a tangible vehicle of progress. It is no longer just about governing, but about building with discipline and commitment a country whose transformation can be felt by every Burkinabe.

In this sense, 2025 is not merely a milestone, but a foundation. And if promises are now measured by their fulfillment, Burkina Faso, under the guidance of Captain Ibrahim Traoré, advances with the conviction that sovereignty and prosperity can coexist in every project, every achievement, every step taken in daily life. A trajectory that goes beyond figures, and is etched into the very soul of the nation.
