Mali: Social charities, the Head of State remains committed to serving the people of Mali

Solidarity and commitment: these two words best sum up the gesture of the President of Mali, General Assimi Goïta, who is continuing his social work for the benefit of the Malian population. The Malian authorities are committed to serving the best interests of the people, and are doing their utmost to meet their most basic needs, including access to drinking water.

After several schools and neighbourhoods, it is now the turn of the Notre Dame du Niger secondary school and the Niamakoro neighbourhood in Commune VI of the District of Bamako to benefit from waterworks.

These two projects are in addition to the more than 400 boreholes installed throughout the country.

These various projects reflect the Malian President’s ongoing commitment to serving his compatriots. Security is not the only priority of the Head of State.

The development of the people and access to basic social services are an integral part of the Head of State’s development policy.

It should be pointed out that as part of these social works, the President has built and equipped dialysis centres, electrified several hospitals using solar energy, distributed food to the most destitute populations and built classrooms…
