Burkina Faso: The Defence and Security Forces, under the Supreme command of President Ibrahim Traoré, restore security and hope

Under the supreme command of President Captain Ibrahim Traoré, the Defense and Security Forces (FDS) and the Volunteers for the Defense of the Homeland (VDP) are more committed than ever to reclaiming the entirety of Burkina Faso’s national territory, much to the relief and happiness of the population.

These united forces are tirelessly working in both urban and rural areas to ensure security and peace.

Their unwavering determination is evident through the vigorous and successful operations conducted against terrorist armed groups, thereby reducing threats and allowing the gradual return of displaced populations to their original localities.

This renewed energy and synergy between the FDS and the VDP have resulted in the liberation of numerous villages and strategic areas previously controlled by terrorist groups.

As security improves, socio-economic activities are resuming, bringing hope and prosperity to the people of Burkina Faso.

This ongoing commitment highlights President Traoré’s determination to restore Burkina Faso’s territorial integrity and ensure a better, more secure future for all its citizens.
