PSG signs Portuguese midfielder Joao Neves from Benfica

Paris Saint-Germain has officially announced the signing of 19-year-old Portuguese midfielder Joao Neves from Benfica Lisbon.

The young talent has committed to the club until 2029.

In a statement, PSG expressed their excitement: “Paris Saint-Germain is very happy to announce the signing of Joao Neves.”

The new recruit shared his enthusiasm, saying, “It is a great pride for me to join Paris Saint-Germain, a very ambitious club. I will give everything to help my teammates, grow in this fantastic club, and win many titles.”

The deal, which cost PSG 60 million euros plus a 10-million-euro bonus, reflects the club’s continued investment in promising young talent.
