Massimiliano Allegri sacked: Juventus in Search of new Coach after Coppa Italia outburst

Massimiliano Allegri has been dismissed from his role as Juventus coach following an incident during the Coppa Italia final. Despite his impressive track record with Juventus, winning a total of 12 trophies including five Serie A titles and five Coppa Italia titles, Allegri’s behaviour during the final led to his departure.

Allegri’s outburst at match officials, which included throwing his jacket and sarcastically applauding, resulted in his expulsion from the game.

Paolo Montero, a former Juventus player, has been appointed as interim coach.

The club is reportedly considering Thiago Motta, who has achieved success with Bologna, as Allegri’s permanent replacement.

Currently, Juventus occupies the fourth position in the Serie A standings with 67 points, trailing behind Bologna, their next opponent.
