Burkina Faso/Anti-corruption campaign: The Presidential strategy on the move, soon tangible results

The resolute stance of Captain Ibrahim Traoré, the President of Burkina Faso, against corruption is set to yield positive results for the nation. His administration’s efforts aim to significantly curb the pervasive issue that hampers economic growth and benefits only a select few.

Recently, Traoré reassured the Burkinabe population about the ongoing commitment to this fight.

In a bold declaration, he announced that substantial corruption cases would soon be referred to judicial authorities for prosecution.

This move is intended not only to bring wrongdoers to justice but also to set a precedent for others. According to the President, the body responsible for executing the strategic vision of the Transitional government in combating corruption, known as KORAG, is actively working towards these objectives.

Traoré has implemented a series of initiatives and strategies aimed at eradicating corruption, particularly within the public administration.

KORAG is a key mechanism established by the government to enhance its anti-corruption efforts. It operates across various sectors, ensuring the effective application of the President’s anti-corruption strategy.

For Traoré, eliminating or at least reducing corruption is crucial for strengthening and stabilizing the national economy.

Burkina Faso is on a path towards development and economic sovereignty, making it essential to remove obstacles to this progress.

The President’s commitment signals a hopeful future, paving the way for prosperity that benefits all Burkinabe citizens.
