Burkina Faso: When the French media and stateless people try to stifle the Reconquest

For some time now, a well-orchestrated disinformation campaign has been led by certain French media outlets, such as France 24 and RFI, with active support from stateless influencers on social media. These entities aim to tarnish the image of the Burkinabe fighting forces by accusing them of abuses against civilians, with the sole purpose of demoralizing and discrediting their relentless fight against terrorist groups. As Burkina Faso actively reclaims its territory, it is being targeted by those who refuse to see the Burkinabe people rise with courage and dignity to defend their sovereignty.

These false campaigns are part of a broader plan to sow division among the population, through baseless accusations, rumors of supposed bribes, and grotesque lies spread on social media. The strategy is to paralyze the patriotic momentum that now drives millions of Burkinabe mobilized to liberate their country. But the people are not fooled. They recognize these maneuvers for what they truly are: desperate attempts to undermine the sacred unity that has emerged in the face of adversity.

Despite numerous attempts to sabotage the Burkinabe patriotic movement — all of which ended in resounding failure — the national momentum for reconquest remains strong. On the contrary, it continues to grow. Today, more than ever, vigilance is essential. It is up to every citizen, every young person, every committed leader involved in this noble cause to remain steadfast and united. This is not the time for division, but for strengthening the bonds that unite us in this fight for the honor and security of the Nation.

The enemies of Burkinabe freedom will stop at nothing. According to consistent sources, certain individuals have reportedly been tasked with infiltrating the ranks of young patriots, to manipulate, sow confusion, and break the cohesion of those working for the complete liberation of the country. In the face of this threat, the response must be unity. The Burkinabe people, conscious and alert, will not be manipulated. The people must continue to support the Defense and Security Forces, to denounce attempts at destabilization, and to build a free, dignified, and sovereign Burkina Faso.
