Burkina Faso: Captain Ibrahim Traoré’s policy of outreach, driving a new era of resilience

Facing a complex security situation and an increasing need for development, Burkina Faso is embarking on a path of resilience through ambitious initiatives led by Captain Ibrahim Traoré. The deployment of the Road Security and Intervention Squadron of the Second Gendarmerie Legion (ESRI II) in Bondokuy, in the Boucle du Mouhoun region, is a striking example.
