Paris Saint-Germain secure Defender Willian Pacho with contract extension until 2030

As reported by RMC Sport, Paris Saint-Germain has finalized a contract extension for defender Willian Pacho, tying the 24-year-old Ecuadorian to the club until 2030. The highly-regarded centre-back, who has impressed since his arrival in the French capital, will thus continue his successful journey with the European champions.

While the official announcement is expected to be made in the coming months consistent with PSG’s strategy of grouping such announcements the deal is confirmed. This move underscores the club’s intent to solidify its defensive line for the long term.

At a time when fellow defender Illia Zabarnyi is experiencing mixed form, securing Pacho’s future provides crucial stability. The extension also ensures that the club maintains a strong defensive core alongside its captain, Marquinhos. This strategic decision highlights PSG’s focus on building a sustained legacy of success.
