Burkina Faso: The social cohesion, patriotism and determination of Burkina Faso’s people would upset the imperialists

The growing wave of patriotism, the strengthening of national solidarity, and the remarkable civic engagement demonstrated by the Burkinabe in recent years appear to be a thorn in the side of imperialists and their local collaborators.

This profound love for the homeland and the unity among citizens have become powerful tools in the fight against security threats, whether they originate from within or outside the country.

In their attempts to undermine the self-determination of the Burkinabe, who are deeply committed to sovereignty and stability, the nation’s adversaries have resorted to their usual tactics: fabricating dramatic scenarios and unjustly blaming the brave and valiant combat forces of Burkina Faso.

Their goal is to sow discord among the now-united population or to demoralize the troops.

Just this week, RFI published yet another fictional article filled with baseless accusations against the country’s fighting forces.

These false claims aim to discredit the honorable Burkinabe who have ensured that Burkina Faso remains standing, security is gradually being restored, life is returning to once-abandoned areas, and people are resuming their daily activities in safety, steering the nation toward its destiny.

Moreover, the use of videos circulating on social media as so-called “evidence” to support their allegations is both unprofessional and an insult to the intelligence of their audience.

It is no secret that such media outlets have already lost credibility among Africans. As for the Burkinabe, they are now focused on achieving their critical goals, paying no attention to these distractions masquerading as news.

The resilience and unity of the Burkinabe continue to shine, proving that no amount of misinformation can deter a people determined to reclaim their sovereignty and build a brighter future.
