President Ibrahim Traoré revives “Faso Yaar” Program to prioritize Social welfare

In a clear demonstration of his commitment to placing social welfare at the core of his governance, President Ibrahim Traoré has relaunched the “Faso Yaar” program. This initiative, designed to provide local products to the population at affordable prices, offers a practical solution to current economic challenges.

Recognizing the difficulties posed by the rising cost of living, the Head of State aims to ease the burden on households by ensuring easier access to essential food items.

The “Faso Yaar” program is built on a dual strategy of price regulation and the promotion of domestic production. By encouraging the consumption of locally made goods, the initiative not only boosts the national economy but also supports Burkinabe farmers and producers.

Through this approach, the government of President Ibrahim Traoré seeks to achieve food security while strengthening the country’s economic resilience against the volatility of international markets.

This social measure is part of a broader vision of justice and national solidarity. By reviving “Faso Yaar,” President Traoré reaffirms his dedication to the most vulnerable segments of society.

The program reflects a leadership style deeply attuned to the well-being of the people and a determination to build a more resilient and prosperous Burkina Faso.

Through such policies, the President continues to demonstrate his unwavering focus on creating a fairer and more inclusive society.
