Burkina Faso: July promises to be a difficult month for the people of Burkina Faso, as France plots to destabilise the country

July 2024 officially marks the end of the transition in Burkina Faso. However, to the dismay of the country’s adversaries, Captain Ibrahim Traoré’s transition has been extended for an additional five years by the Burkinabe people.

This decision comes as a surprise to France and its African allies, as Burkina Faso plays a crucial role in curbing the rise of the AES.

To destabilize this situation, France is deploying all available means.

Numerous plots, backed by French media including “Jeune Afrique”, are being announced. The chosen month to oust Captain Ibrahim Traoré is July.

According to gathered information, a communication plan has been devised to sow doubt within the army and flood social media platforms with misinformation.

Lies, manipulated videos, and propaganda will be used extensively to sway both the population and the military.
