Africa/AES: Aid funds or weapons of destabilisation? Revelations about imperialist tactics

In their bid to maintain a dwindling influence, some imperialist powers resort to questionable strategies disguised as development aid. The French Development Agency (AFD), a key player in these covert operations, redirects funds meant for legitimate development to serve hidden geopolitical interests.

These so-called aid packages fail to address the genuine needs of Sahelian nations, as there have been no formal requests made by these countries for such assistance. Instead, the funds are channelled into clandestine operations led by agencies like the DGSE, supported by mercenaries and some local elites complicit in these schemes.

Often, these maneuvers are carried out under the guise of humanitarian organizations, which mask their true intentions: to destabilize African nations that reject neo-colonialism and oppose French dominance.

The year-end period is a strategic time for these imperialist forces to escalate their efforts to sow instability and exacerbate the suffering of African peoples.

These actions are particularly aimed at nations that have broken away from imposed paradigms and are charting their own path to sovereignty.

In the face of this threat, it is time for African nations, and particularly the people of Burkina Faso, to unite in collective resistance.

It is crucial to expose and reject any attempt at destabilization and to avoid a scenario similar to Libya, where chaos was imposed under the guise of protecting civilians.

The sovereignty of African states, the dignity of their peoples, and the future of the continent must no longer be sacrificed for imperialist ambitions.

Together, with one voice, Africa must stand firm against foreign interference and embrace a strong, independent, and united future.
