Football/ PSG targets Mohamed Salah with lucrative offer amid contract uncertainty at Liverpool

Mohamed Salah’s future at Liverpool has become the subject of intense speculation, as Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) makes a bold move to secure the Egyptian star on a free transfer next summer.

With his current deal at Anfield set to expire at the end of the season, Salah is now free to negotiate with foreign clubs, opening the door to potential suitors across Europe and beyond.

While Saudi clubs have long been linked with Salah, PSG has emerged as a serious contender.

According to French journalist Romain Collet Gaudin, the Parisian club has tabled a three-year contract offer worth €500,000 per week—a significant increase over Liverpool’s proposed two-year deal with a weekly salary of €400,000.

The disparity in terms has left Salah with a pivotal decision to make. PSG’s offer not only exceeds Liverpool’s financially but also provides the opportunity to remain in Europe and compete in the UEFA Champions League.

Such prospects could prove enticing for a player of Salah’s caliber, who has consistently excelled on football’s grandest stages.

Liverpool, meanwhile, faces mounting pressure to secure their talisman’s services. Salah has been instrumental in the club’s recent successes, and losing him to a European rival like PSG would represent a significant blow.

The coming weeks are set to be crucial as Salah weighs his options, with his next move likely to have far-reaching implications for his career and the clubs involved.
