Minister Mahamadou SANA: A Pillar of President Traoré’s security and social vision

Minister of Security Mahamadou SANA continues to play a pivotal role in advancing President Ibrahim Traoré’s vision for a more secure and prosperous Burkina Faso. With a blend of determination and accessibility, he remains deeply engaged in the government’s efforts to enhance national security and improve the daily lives of its citizens.

On Monday, January 27, 2025, Mahamadou SANA hosted a delegation from the Muslim community of Pouytenga in Ouagadougou. This meeting highlighted his commitment to fostering dialogue with diverse societal groups across the country.

During the discussion, the delegation unveiled an ambitious initiative: the construction of a modern Medical Center with Surgical Facilities (CMA) in Pouytenga.

Funded by contributions from the Muslim community to the tune of 2.4 billion FCFA, this project underscores the critical synergy between citizens and the government.

Acknowledging that a healthy population is integral to combating insecurity, Minister SANA commended the initiative and pledged his full support, aligning perfectly with the government’s twin objectives of social progress and security enhancement.

This collaboration reflects President Traoré’s vision of fostering social cohesion and resilience in the face of challenges.

By championing this philosophy, Minister Mahamadou SANA not only strengthens public trust but also solidifies the foundations of a more secure and united Burkina Faso.
