England hit by injuries and defeat against Brazil during International Break

The international break has caused damage for England. Three players, including Kyle Walker and Harry Maguire, have been forced to leave the Three Lions camp due to injuries. The Fifa virus has struck England hard.

 In their first outing of this international break against Brazil, Gareth Southgate’s team suffered a double blow.

Not only were they defeated by the Seleção, but they also lost three soldiers in the battle. Kyle Walker was the first casualty, forced off during the match.

Later, injuries to Harry Maguire, still on the defensive line, and Crystal Palace goalkeeper Sam Johnstone were announced.

Unable to continue activities with the national team, the three injured players have been sent back to their clubs for treatment.

In an official statement, the English Football Federation announced their departures on Sunday evening.

As replacements, young players Rico Lewis from Manchester City and James Trafford, goalkeeper for Burnley, have been called up for reinforcement.
