James Rodriguez poised for European return after stellar Copa America performance

James Rodriguez, the Colombian playmaker, is on the verge of a return to Europe following an outstanding display at the Copa America 2024.

At 33 years old, Rodriguez has proven he still has much to offer, tallying six assists and scoring once during the tournament.

His performance has not gone unnoticed, especially in Spain, where several clubs are vying for his signature.

After terminating his contract with São Paulo FC in Brazil, Rodriguez is now a free agent, attracting interest from Celta Vigo, Villarreal, Betis Sevilla, and Atletico Madrid, as reported by Sport on Tuesday.
