Foot/PSG: Cardi B amused by her VIP seat at PSG-Rennes match: “I want to be in the Ghetto section”

American rapper Cardi B took to Instagram to share her lighthearted frustration after attending Paris Saint-Germain’s Ligue 1 clash against Rennes at the Parc des Princes on Friday.

Sitting in the VIP section, the global superstar jokingly expressed her desire to be among the more vocal fans: “Why did they make me sit in the boring part of the stadium? I want to be in the ghetto section. I don’t want to be with the bourgeois, it’s too quiet here,” she quipped to her 165 million Instagram followers.

Cardi B, who was among several international celebrities attending the match, including NBA star Jimmy Butler and British rapper Central Cee, was a guest for the 6th round of Ligue 1.

The Parisian stadium, often known for its glamorous crowd, welcomed the stars as PSG took on Rennes.

While the singer enjoyed the game, she seemed more interested in the passionate chants coming from PSG’s ultras group, Collectif Ultras Paris (CUP), and the vibrant atmosphere that was taking place far from her VIP seat.

Despite her playful complaints, Cardi B’s attendance added even more star power to the event, further solidifying PSG’s reputation as a club that attracts celebrities from around the world.
