Burkina Faso: Inauguration of the first mobile police station under the leadership of Captain Ibrahim Traoréer the leadership of President Captain Ibrahim Traoré, the National Police inaugurated the very first mobile police station in Nagrin, a major innovation serving the population.
This new type of station is designed to move across different neighborhoods in the country, bringing security administration closer to citizens. Its role is not limited to patrolling: it also provides a visible deterrent presence, gathers intelligence on the ground, and strengthens trust between the population and law enforcement.
Among the services offered, citizens can now obtain national identity cards, have official documents legalized, receive assistance in case of incidents, and participate in awareness sessions on security and civic responsibility. By making these services accessible even in areas far from fixed structures, the initiative significantly eases administrative procedures for the public.
Equipped with suitable logistical resources and versatile teams, the mobile station will operate according to identified needs and security priorities.
This model addresses a dual objective: improving security coverage across the territory and providing Burkinabe citizens with a fast, efficient, and accessible public service.
