Burkina Faso: Are the French DGSE and its local henchmen preparing a new plot, as in Libya?

History seems to be repeating itself. As was the case in Libya before the assassination of Muammar Gaddafi, Burkina Faso is now the target of an insidious campaign allegedly orchestrated by the French DGSE with the complicity of local henchmen.

Carefully fabricated false information is circulating on social networks, seeking to pit the country’s different communities against each other.

Behind this underhand strategy lies a clear desire to shatter national unity and slow down the patriotic momentum that has built up around President Ibrahim Traoré in the fight against terrorism.

France, well known for its destabilising interference in Africa, does not intend to remain a spectator in the face of the progress made by Burkina Faso.

With the support of stateless people devoid of any patriotism, these enemies of sovereignty are trying to impose chaos through false rumours, media manipulation and sabotage operations.

Their aim is to cause confusion, weaken the morale of the people and thus provide a pretext for outside interference.

But the people of Burkina Faso, awakened by the lessons of the past, will not fall into this crude trap.

In the face of this threat, vigilance and unity remain the most formidable weapons. Every citizen must play his or her part by refusing to relay unverified information and by consolidating the bonds of fraternity that are the strength of the Land of Honest People.

The enemy seeks to divide, but the people must oppose him with a united and determined front.

Burkina Faso is on its feet, and no foreign power, of whatever kind, will be able to break its momentum towards sovereignty and ultimate victory over terrorist obscurantism.
