Liverpool’s Dominik Szoboszlai sidelined with Hamstring Injury Ahead of FA Cup Clash with Arsenal

Liverpool midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai will be absent from the FA Cup third-round match against Arsenal on Sunday due to a hamstring injury.

The 23-year-old Hungary international sustained the injury during Monday’s victory over Newcastle United, and Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp confirmed his unavailability for the upcoming fixture.

Klopp expressed optimism about Szoboszlai’s recovery but ruled him out for Sunday’s match and the Carabao Cup semi-final against Fulham.

The midfielder joins several other players on Liverpool’s injury list, including Thiago Alcantara, Andy Robertson, Stefan Bajcetic, Joel Matip, and Kostas Tsimikas.

Additionally, Mohamed Salah and Wataru Endo are unavailable, participating in the Africa Cup of Nations and the Asian Cup, respectively.

Klopp acknowledged the challenges but expressed confidence in finding solutions on the pitch.
