Raphinha’s uncertain future at FC Barcelona amid Impressive Form

In the midst of an impressive second half of the season, Raphinha (with 8 goals and 10 assists in 31 matches) finds himself uncertain about his future at FC Barcelona, despite recent strong performances.

The club is reportedly open to the idea of selling him. It’s a tough reality for Raphinha to score a brace in the first leg of the Champions League quarter-finals only to learn a week later that the club is considering selling him.

As the 24-hour countdown to the Champions League quarter-final return leg against Luis Enrique’s PSG begins, Catalan media has released surprising news regarding the Brazilian star.

According to Sport, FC Barcelona has turned down a new €60 million offer from an English club interested in acquiring Raphinha’s services.

However, this rejection doesn’t necessarily indicate full confidence in Raphinha from the club’s management, as they are holding out for a higher price before letting go of their forward.

Sport reports that Barcelona will not sell him for less than €80 million, a price they deem fair for the Brazilian talent who could potentially thrive elsewhere, even though he dreams of continuing his journey in Catalonia.
