Nicolas Jackson responds firmly to Criticism after scoring against wolves

This afternoon, Nicolas Jackson made headlines by scoring for Chelsea in their match against Wolverhampton Wanderers. However, the goal wasn’t the only thing that caught attention.

The Senegalese forward took the opportunity to address recent criticisms from former Chelsea player John Obi Mikel.

Since his move to the Premier League, Jackson has been under fire for his perceived lack of efficiency in front of goal.

Last week, John Obi Mikel, speaking on Bein Sports, was particularly critical of the ex-Villarreal player’s performances.

Jackson, however, made a strong comeback both on the pitch and on social media.

After finding the net in this weekend’s game, Jackson didn’t hold back in his response to the former Chelsea star.

Taking to Instagram, he wrote, “Shut your mouth, don’t talk shit, we’re fighting for Africa.”

His pointed message highlights the intensity of the pressure he’s facing and his determination to prove his critics wrong.
