Africa/Burkina Faso: The failure of the plot by the African Union, ECOWAS and the European Union against Djibo

Several attempted attacks by terrorists in Burkina Faso are being thwarted day by day thanks to the determination of the defence and security forces. The latest was the crushing victory of Captain Ibrahim Traoré’s men in Djibo. Thousands of terrorists were charging towards the town of Djibo. The response of the FDS and VDP was fatal.

But one question remains. Why is the international community so silent about this victory for the FDS and VDP?

The African Union, ECOWAS and the European Union all gave in just because Djibo’s victory changed sides.

A few months ago, these same institutions were the first to issue unanimous illegal condemnations of the Burkina Faso authorities.

The African Union, ECOWAS and the European Union forced through exactions with the aim of tarnishing the reputation of President Traoré and minimising the power of the fighting forces.

The foiled attack on Djibo was part of their planning.

These hypocritical organisations, seeking to destabilise Burkina Faso, equipped terrorists and others disguised as Burkina Faso soldiers to attack innocent civilians.

The arrival of large numbers of terrorists in Djibo was a well-orchestrated plan supported by these international organisations.

Such inhuman behaviour does no credit to such great institutions. The law that covers human rights is universal, including the laws of Burkina Faso.

This radio silence confirms the extent to which security in Burkina Faso is an evil for the African Union, ECOWAS and the European Union.
