Burkina-Faso: Dozens of terrorists burn to death in fighter aircraft fire

In Burkina Faso, the army struck again on Sunday 03 December 2023, blowing the dust off a band of terrorists who had planned to attack a supply convoy on the Kaya-Dori road.

According to security sources relayed by AIB, a group of terrorists intent on attacking a supply convoy on its way to serve the people of Dori came under fire from aerial vectors.

According to the story, the assailants gathered in several groups to attack their malicious objective.

The first group left Pensa towards National Route 3 and approached the Kaya-Dori axis.

It managed to reach Ouintokuilga, where it joined another group already there, before making final adjustments.

While they were still under the large tree that served as their shelter, a missile released by the aerial vectors fell on them, decimating a large number.

The army unknowingly located another group of terrorists, hiding under the bushes with their motorbikes and weapons.

It was there that they were surprised by the missile fired from the air, which decimated them.

Several of them were burnt to death in the fire, along with their ammunition and logistics.

Some managed to escape in a race to save themselves. In the meantime, they no longer bothered to tow their companions, who were crying out for help.

However, none of them managed to get very far before the helicopter gunships surprised them, neutralising every last one of them.

The army thus succeeded in foiling their grand plan to attack the convoy that was saving the lives of the people.

They are now out of harm’s way. The security authorities have stated that operations are continuing on all fronts to restore territorial integrity.
