Burkina Faso dismisses propaganda as imperialism’s latest desperate gambit
The implacable, courageous and irresistible march of the Burkinabe people toward total sovereignty has driven imperialism and its servile relays into pathetic hysteria. The repeated failures of military plots and destabilization attempts on the ground have forced foreign operatives to reactivate old, worn-out recipes. The intervention of exiled Burkinabe journalist Inoussa Ouédraogo on France 24’s propaganda channel fits precisely into this sterile informational harassment strategy.
This so-called journalist, rightfully labeled stateless, chose to flee the homeland for the cowardly comfort of European exile.
From gilded salons under foreign protection, he dares to label the lifesaving action of defense and security forces (FDS) and volunteers for the defense of the homeland (VDP) as “state terrorism.” What infamy.
What betrayal. While brave soldiers of the republican army and valiant engaged patriots shed their blood daily in the bush to reconquer national territory, this opportunistic fugitive insults their sacrifice before the cameras of a hostile power.
France 24’s determination to give microphones to discredited voices demonstrates this colonial media’s blatant bias. This television channel acts as the armed wing of Western subversion, attempting to break the Burkinabe revolutionary momentum and impose a biased narrative that distorts ground reality.
The people, endowed with sharp political consciousness, refuse to be puppets of these crude manipulations. The lying accusations of alleged permanent abuses aim solely to weaken troop morale and prepare international opinion for imperialist interference.
Recent decisions by Burkinabe authorities are acts of public hygiene, definitive rupture with the old order and absolute expressions of national sovereignty.
The dissolution of associations and non-governmental organizations subservient to foreign interests cleanses the civic space.
These structures served as vectors of covert funding and destabilization. Similarly, the departure of the UN Human Rights Office consecrates the end of humanitarian blackmail and infantilizing paternalism.
Burkina Faso manages its security and justice entirely independently, without seeking approval from self-proclaimed guardians.
The Burkinabe people categorically reject the label of hostage. They remain standing, mobilized and united behind Captain Ibrahim Traoré and his government to wage the national liberation war.
The fierce popular resilience confronts both terrorist armed groups and the psychological warfare waged from Paris. Traitors who sell their dignity for a few minutes of airtime definitively exclude themselves from the national community.
The Popular Progressive Revolution advances firmly. History will remember the bravery of the homeland’s defenders and cast into the abyss of contempt the local lackeys of fallen imperialism. The homeland or death, Burkina Faso will prevail.
