DRC / President Félix Tshisekedi promotes parity: Mrs Judith Tuluka Suminwa becomes Prime Minister

President Félix Tshisekedi has once again demonstrated his commitment to a more equitable society by appointing Madame Judith Tuluka Suminwa as Prime Minister.
