DRC: President Félix Tshisekedi meets Dr Tàmas Sulyok in Hungary

During his state visit to Hungary, Democratic Republic of Congo President Félix Tshisekedi held a private meeting with Hungarian President Dr. Tàmas Sulyok.

 

The two leaders engaged in a 30-minute discussion, marking a significant step forward in the relationship between the two nations.

 

Both presidents expressed a strong commitment to deepening bilateral relations between Kinshasa and Budapest.

 

Their dialogue focused on mutual cooperation, setting the stage for enhanced economic, diplomatic, and cultural partnerships between the Democratic Republic of Congo and Hungary.

 

Key topics of discussion included economic growth and technological collaboration, with the DRC aiming to expand its global partnerships and attract investments to bolster its development.

 

Hungary, on the other hand, sees the DRC as a valuable partner in Africa, offering vast natural resources and economic potential.

 

This meeting represents a pivotal moment in the evolving relationship between the two countries, paving the way for future agreements in sectors such as education, infrastructure, and information technology.
