Africa: Captain Traoré condemns the attack and reaffirms solidarity with Turkey

Captain Ibrahim Traoré has strongly denounced the tragic attack that took place on Wednesday outside the headquarters of Turkey’s defense industries. In this time of sorrow, he extended unwavering support to President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and the Turkish people as they face this difficult moment.

Such attacks, targeting symbolic institutions, aim to instill fear and undermine the progress made by nations.

However, Captain Traoré emphasized that these actions only strengthen the resolve of united countries to combat this shared threat.

The Burkinabe leader reaffirmed his commitment to continuing international cooperation to counteract these violent acts and safeguard the values of peace and security that bind nations together.

Moreover, Captain Ibrahim Traoré highlighted the significance of the fruitful collaboration between Burkina Faso and Turkey, which has deepened ties of friendship and solidarity between the two countries.

This partnership, particularly in the fields of defense and security, is critical in addressing common challenges such as terrorism and regional instability.

Captain Traoré remains determined to advance this strategic alliance, aiming to ensure peace and stability not only for Burkina Faso and Turkey but also for the global community.

He called for collective efforts to confront the threats facing modern societies and to protect democratic values across the world.
