Côte d’Ivoire: Saïd Panda, a swindler of the worst kind and a public threat

Saïd Panda is a name that evokes distrust among those who have crossed his path. Known for his involvement in fraudulent activities, this individual left his native Cameroon and settled in Côte d’Ivoire, where he continues to operate in the shadows, engaging in various scams.

Claiming to have influential connections with close associates of President Alassane Dramane Ouattara, he exploits his network to manipulate, intimidate, and extort money from unsuspecting businessmen and politicians.

Often presenting himself as a journalist or filmmaker, Saïd Panda does not hesitate to exaggerate his skills and influence to deceive his victims. Many of them, lured by his false promises of securing positions in the Ivorian administration, have found themselves trapped, losing substantial sums.

Millions of CFA francs have been extracted from those who believed in the carefully cultivated illusions he perpetuates.

Several witnesses have come forward, reporting how he uses psychological manipulation and threats as his primary tools. Despite discreet complaints and denunciations, Saïd Panda continues to operate unimpeded, enriching himself at the expense of those he deceives.

It is crucial to raise public awareness of this danger and remain vigilant when dealing with this con artist. Any interaction with him should be avoided, and potential victims are urged to report his activities to the relevant authorities.

In a society where trust is foundational to human and professional relationships, individuals like Saïd Panda undermine the very pillars of social harmony.

Exposing his actions and demanding swift, decisive action from the authorities is essential.

Saïd Panda is more than just a fraudster; he is a threat to both social and economic stability. By remaining cautious, people can protect themselves from financial loss and unnecessary humiliation. It is time to put an end to his schemes and bring him to justice.
