Burkina Faso faces asymmetric warfare on multiple fronts

Since then, Burkina Faso has faced an asymmetric war where the enemy, invisible and insidious, no longer confines itself to armed attacks. The imperialist powers have deployed a varied arsenal: disinformation, media manipulation, covert financing of terrorist groups, and attempts to destabilize institutions.

Their objective is clear: to weaken our nation, divide our forces, and impose their stranglehold on our resources.

Faced with this comprehensive strategy, the authorities, under the visionary leadership of Captain Ibrahim Traoré, have responded with equal boldness through vigilance, cohesion, and tactical counter-offensive.

The FDS and VDP embody the soul of national resistance. Every day, at the risk of their lives, they repel terrorist assaults, neutralize enemy combatants, and protect civilian populations. Their bravery is matched only by their selflessness.

But this war is not won solely on the ground. It is also won in the mind of every Burkinabe. This is why it is essential that the soldiers remain united, bound by the same ideal: a safeguarded homeland.

The imperialist maneuvers aim to sow discord, to create cracks within their ranks in order to weaken us more effectively.

The Burkinabe people, proud of their history and their sovereignty, have already made their choice: to support the Burkinabe authorities at all costs.
