Xavi’s U-turn: Barcelona coach decides to stay until 2025

Incredible twist in the saga of Xavi leading Barcelona’s first team. The legendary Catalan coach has had a change of heart and decided to stay in his position until the end of his contract.

Despite previously announcing his departure at the end of the season due to media tensions and disappointing results, Xavi Hernandez will not leave his post as expected this summer.

A decisive meeting between the former player, his agent, and sporting director Deco, in the presence of president Joan Laporta, sealed this decision.

According to the Mundo Deportivo newspaper, the 44-year-old coach has finally chosen to honor his commitment and will lead the Blaugrana team until June 2025.

The president is expected to address the media soon to explain this major turnaround.
