Lionel Messi’s Masterclass: Five assists and a Goal Propel inter Miami to victory

Lionel Messi showcased exceptional talent in a dazzling display during Inter Miami’s resounding victory against the New York Red Bulls, contributing five assists and scoring a goal himself, all in just one half of the game.

His Uruguayan teammate Luis Suárez also shone brightly with a hat-trick in this match held in Florida.

While Inter Miami struggled with a 1-0 deficit at halftime, Messi began his show by providing a crucial assist to Matias Rojas in the 48th minute.

Two minutes later, the Argentine icon scored a goal assisted by Luis Suárez, turning the tide in Miami’s favor.

Following a brace by Rojas, Messi and Suárez continued their synergy, with Suárez netting three more goals in less than 15 minutes, from the 68th to the 81st minute.

This extraordinary performance, unprecedented in MLS history, brings Messi’s tally to 10 goals and 12 assists in eight matches played.

With this emphatic victory, Inter Miami maintains its position atop the Eastern Conference with 24 points from 12 matches.

Meanwhile, the New York Red Bulls find themselves in fourth place with 17 points from 11 games.

Messi’s exceptional performance, along with his team’s, once again demonstrates their dominance on the North American football stage.
