Burkina Faso/Sovereignty: Are President Ibrahim TRAORE and his aides being watched very closely by their detractors?

The President of Faso, Captain Ibrahim TRAORE, and his collaborators remain targets of various detractors. Their commitment to liberating the country, known for its integrity, from the grip of terrorist groups that have caused countless deaths, as well as from imperialists and neo-colonialists who have exploited and impoverished the nation for decades, has earned them determined enemies.

These adversaries closely monitor every move made by the Burkinabè authorities, ready to oppose their actions at every turn, rather than encouraging a united front in the struggle.

Decisions and initiatives aimed at enhancing sovereignty, independence, and good governance are consistently portrayed as ineffective or harmful by those who wish to see Burkina Faso remain under security threats.

French media, in collaboration with certain local actors, strive to manipulate public opinion, attempting to turn the peace-seeking population against their leaders, who are focused solely on protecting and defending the country’s interests, long undermined for the benefit of a few individuals and foreign powers.

These hostile actions have one objective: to overthrow the revolutionary regime in Faso, just as they aim to do with other AES countries.

President Traore, in one of his media appearances, made it clear that propagandist media outlets use partial truths to fabricate and amplify situations, intending to deceive the public and sow doubt.

The recent biased report by RFI on the alleged requisitioning of citizens for the fight against terrorism is a telling example of their malicious intentions against Faso’s authorities.

Therefore, according to some observers, the public’s response to each distorted, false, or defamatory publication must be strong and decisive to thwart any attempt at division and manipulation.
