Double Jackpot Joy: Wayne Murray, the Man Who Struck Lottery Gold Twice

Wayne Murray, an American, may well be considered the world’s luckiest lottery player, having clinched ten million dollars twice, thanks to two separate wins in a scratchcard game.

Ever wondered about the secret to luck – is it a rabbit’s foot, a four-leaf clover, or perhaps a magic amulet?

Wayne Murray seems to have uncovered the formula, establishing himself as possibly the luckiest person on the planet.

In a remarkable turn of events, just 16 months after securing his initial $10 million prize in the ‘200X’ scratchcard game, Wayne, a resident of Brooklyn, has struck gold once again, winning the same substantial amount in another scratchcard game.

Consider this: the odds of his first win were an astounding 1 in 3.6 million. Surprisingly, the stars aligned again, with the probability of hitting the jackpot a second time calculated at 1 in 3.5 million.

Achieving a double win in quick succession is a rare feat. Little wonder Wayne Murray is sporting a grin from ear to ear.

Interestingly, Wayne attributes part of his success to the manager of a small petrol station in Brooklyn – his preferred spot for purchasing winning games.

According to Hassan Nabil, an employee at the shop, «He’s a regular customer. He’s very friendly and generous. After his first win, he could have easily left the neighborhood, but he chose to stay. Money changes a lot of people, but he remains humble, keeping his feet on the ground and staying true to himself», as shared with the New York Post.
