Haaland faces another Injury setback ahead of key matches

Once again, Erling Haaland is facing another physical setback while on national team duty with Norway. The Manchester City striker had to leave training limping, raising concerns about his availability for upcoming matches, notably against Arsenal in just twelve days. His leg injury casts doubt on his participation in this crucial fixture.

Pep Guardiola, Manchester City’s manager, hopes that Haaland’s injury won’t be serious, especially with the Champions League quarter-final against Real Madrid looming. Meanwhile, Norway is set to play a friendly against the Czech Republic before facing Slovakia next week. However, the Norwegian team doctor sought to reassure Manchester City fans by stating that there was “no problem” for Haaland.

This latest injury adds to the list of physical setbacks Haaland has faced this season, including a groin strain, ankle injuries, and a stress fracture in his foot.

These injuries have already forced him to miss several matches since the start of the season, although he currently leads the Premier League scoring charts with 18 goals to his name.
