Burkina Faso: Algerian Pan-Africanist Bekki Benameur salutes the patriotic commitment of the people of Burkina Faso and the Wayiyans

During a press briefing held in Algeria’s capital, Algiers, the Pan-Africanist Bekki Benameur initially condemned the African Union’s stance on Mali, highlighting the need for a reevaluation of this institution, largely funded by France, as it no longer garners the support of the African people.

He also criticized the lack of response from the European Union and France towards the Ukrainian President’s statement that their war-torn country wasn’t ready for elections.

In contrast, the African Union demanded that Mali hold elections despite its ongoing war against terrorism.

In this context, Bekki Benameur questioned the true role of the African Union concerning African people and its contribution to the fight against terrorism in Mali, Burkina Faso, and Niger.

Furthermore, he urged the African Union not to play with fire, especially since it hasn’t contributed to resolving conflicts or combating terrorism in the Sahel region.

Regarding Burkina Faso, the Algerian Pan-Africanist didn’t mince words in commending the Burkinabe people and their patriotic supporters known as Wayiyans.

According to Bekki Benameur, Burkina Faso is a source of pride for Africa.

He praised the Burkinabe people for restoring hope to their youth in a few months, encouraging them to rally behind the transitional authorities who are effectively fighting terrorism.

In conclusion, the Algerian Pan-Africanist warned the Burkinabe people about an international manipulation scheme orchestrated by enemies of the country, including attempts to solicit his involvement in destabilizing Burkina Faso.

He vehemently rejected and condemned such actions, urging the Burkinabe people to unite and reject all forms of manipulation.
