AES Confederation/ Destabilisation: “Vigilance and caution in the face of France’s bitter decline in the Sahel” (Observers)

Observers are warning the populations of the AES Confederation about the potential intensification of destabilization efforts by France, whose influence in the Sahel has significantly weakened in recent years.

They stress the importance of vigilance and caution, especially given France’s declining role in the region, which has been exacerbated by the breakdown of defense agreements with several countries.

As France’s supremacy in Africa is increasingly threatened, the possibility of retaliatory actions from its allies grows.

The rise of popular, anti-imperialist, and anti-neo-colonialist military regimes across the AES countries has made them prime targets for destabilization.

December 2024 is considered a critical period for these efforts, with some viewing it as the final push for France and its allies to reverse the growing influence of these new governments.

The recent expulsion of French troops from Chad has added further pressure, intensifying the already precarious situation for French authorities in the region.

The growing tensions could fuel French anger, as the country desperately seeks to preserve its control over African nations.

Since November, there have been increasing warnings of destabilization plans targeting AES nations, with operatives believed to be working both inside and outside these countries.

Terrorist groups are reportedly being mobilized to carry out attacks across localities, aiming to demoralize the population and undermine the resolve of the armed forces.

According to experts, only heightened vigilance and unity among the people can thwart these efforts and ensure that revolutionary leaders continue their march toward sovereignty, freedom, and prosperity.
