NBA playoffs: Pacers stun Cavs with Last-Second Win, Warriors edge Timberwolves

The Indiana Pacers pulled off a dramatic 120-119 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference semifinals, taking a surprising 2-0 series lead. Tyrese Haliburton sealed the win with a clutch three-pointer at the buzzer, finishing with 19 points and 9 rebounds. Despite trailing by 7 points in the final minute, the Pacers completed a stunning comeback. Pascal Siakam added 12 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists in the win.

Meanwhile, the Golden State Warriors secured a crucial 99-88 road win against the Minnesota Timberwolves in the Western Conference. Buddy hield led the charge with 20 points, while Jonathan Kuminga contributed 7 points in 13 minutes.

However, the Warriors face concern after Steph Curry exited early with a left hamstring strain, playing just 13 minutes. His status for the next game remains uncertain.

Both underdog victories shake up the playoff landscape, with Indiana defying expectations against the favoured Cavs and Golden State stealing home-court advantage from Minnesota.

The Pacers now look to extend their lead in Game 3, while the Warriors hope Curry’s injury isn’t serious as they push for another deep playoff run.
